Your lifestyle — how you live your life — consists of the habits that you do each and every day. In Functional Medicine, these habits are referred to as “modifiable lifestyle factors,” and include:

Making small, positive changes to any of these lifestyle factors greatly impacts the quality of your life.

This is where coaching comes in!

My coaching services are available to anyone who wants to make and sustain lifestyle changes—no matter how big, small, or difficult those changes are. The coaching process is completely personalized, at a pace that feels right to you, because self-directed goals lead to lasting lifestyle change. As a health coach also licensed in professional counseling*, I utilize principles of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavioral change theory to support lifestyle change around your overall wellness. Uncovering your motivation and focusing on your strengths, we will develop practical, actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and empower you to move toward the life of health that you want. When we work together the goal is to bring balance into all aspects of your life by addressing you as a whole person, not focusing on an isolated set of symptoms.
